Ryan was born in Sandusky, Ohio and moved to South Florida in 1998. He earned his real estate license in 2004 and has worked with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate ever since. In 2007 he was invited to join Tim Singer & Associates, a top producing real estate team at Coldwell Banker, as a Buyer’s Agent. In 2010, he also took on the role of Sales Manager, overseeing in access of $100M in team sales during his five plus years in this position. In 2016, Ryan decided to use his knowledge and experience to build his own brand by becoming an independent agent with Coldwell Banker.  

 

In his free time Ryan loves to play tennis and has served on the Board of Directors for the South Florida Tennis Club. He is also an avid Cleveland sports fan.
